How does business debt consolidation work?

Business debt consolidation works by taking out one new loan to pay off several existing debts, loans, credit lines, MCAs, leaving you with a single payment, ideally at a lower combined cost. If you're juggling three or four payments on different days at different rates, the math and the stress both compound; the most expensive debt quietly eats the margin the others leave behind. Quordx Capital helps owners consolidate by matching them with term-loan and SBA lenders from a 50+ lender network who fund consolidations every week.

The mechanics of consolidating business debt

Step one: list every debt with its balance, rate or factor rate, payment frequency, and payoff amount. Step two: a consolidation lender underwrites your business (bank statements, revenue, credit) and approves a loan large enough to retire those balances. Step three: at funding, the proceeds pay off the old debts, often sent directly to those creditors, and you begin one new payment schedule. The savings come from two levers. Term: stretching repayment from months into 1-5 years (or longer with SBA) shrinks each payment. Be honest with yourself about the trade-off, a longer term can mean more total interest even at a lower rate, and consolidation only helps if you don't immediately re-borrow what you just paid off.

Consolidation products that fit

Business term loan: $10K-$500K+, fixed payments over 1-5 years. Best for rolling several short-term debts into one predictable monthly obligation.

SBA 7(a) loan: Up to $5M; can refinance qualifying business debt at rates currently around 10.5%-14% variable. Best for the lowest long-run payment if you have 650+ credit and time for SBA underwriting.

Working capital loan: $5K-$500K, short-term. Best for clearing one or two small high-cost balances quickly when a full restructure isn't needed.

How Quordx Capital Works

One 5-minute application covers everything, no separate applications per lender. Upload 3-6 months of bank statements and your debt details; Quordx Capital's matching process weighs your revenue, credit profile, and existing obligations, then matches you with 3-7 lenders from the 50+ network most likely to approve a consolidation. Expect lender answers in 24-48 hours and funding in roughly 3-7 business days.

What to Expect

The big fear here is being declined because you already carry debt. In reality, consolidation lenders expect existing debt, that's the point, and several lenders in the Quordx Capital network specialize in exactly this, including MCA situations. Every offer comes with full fee and term disclosure so you can verify the new payment actually beats the old ones combined. The service is free, there's no obligation to accept any offer, and if consolidation would leave you worse off, Quordx Capital will tell you that too.
